Refunds and Returns Policy
We have a no hassle money back guarantee when it comes to customer satisfaction on products purchased from Exsoylent Candles: If you are not happy with your purchase – at any time, for any reason, just call 0411 822 265 or email [email protected] for an exchange or full refund (excludes Gift Cards – which cannot be refunded or replaced). If your order arrives less than perfect please provide a photo to [email protected] so we can organise a replacement or refund. Please note we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges without proof of goods. Refunds are issued in the same tender as the original purchase. For example, if the item was purchased using a Visa card, the credit will be refunded to the same Visa card. If items are being returned in person they will be checked for faults and if item is not returned in original condition than a refund will be refused due to not being able to re sell the goods.
Remember that small blemishes do occur, due to the candle being hand made. There is nothing wrong with the candle itself and does not effect it’s burning. Please see our Candle Care section for more information on this.
Can I cancel my order?
An order can only be cancelled up to the point it is despatched. We pride ourselves in despatching orders promptly, so to cancel please contact us immediately using our Contact form or call us on 0411 822 265 before the goods have left our control. You will receive an email advising you that your order has been despatched. After that point you will need to accept delivery and then return the order to us in accordance with our Refunds and Returns Policy above.
