Burn Time and dimensions

Actual burn time of our candle products depends on a number of ambient factors therefore the times given are approximate. To get the most out of your burn, please see our Candle care page for instructions on how to get the most of of your candle. All product dimensions are to the nearest mm and are subject to change without notice.

 

Candle safety, frequently asked questions and hints and tips

Candle safety is extremely important. All candles brought by consumers will be issued with a safety sticker. We also recommend that you read our safety guide before you use your new candle. We also have a Candle care area where you can learn how to look after your candle to maximise the quality of your burn. There is also a melts and oil burner area as well.

Please remember the candles are hand poured, not massed produced. Although all effort is made to ensure consistency, every candle will be different.

– When using  completely natural soy wax, sometimes you may notice darker patches or wet spot in your container candles. This is not a fault, simply a small belmish where the wax has not adhered to the glass 100%. This does not affect the candle in any way.

– The top of your candle may also appear slightly uneven. This is also a sign of natural soy wax being hand poured.

– All candles by Exsoylent Candles are made to order, unless stated other wise, this is to ensure the quality of our candles.

Gift Cards

Exsoylent Candles Gift Cards can be redeemed only on the Exsoylent Candles online store.  Gift Cards will be emailed to you and shoule be treated like cash;  lost email or codes will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed. Gift cards are redeemable towards the purchase of any product available at the time of presentation. Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash and must be used how they emailed to the person. Gift cards can only be redeemed by one person, once the voucher code is used than it will no longer exist anymore.

Gift Cards must be redeemed before the expiry date given in the email or on the card; The card will be void and may not be redeemed after the expiry date; cannot be reloaded. Gift Cards are not partically redeemable and must be used in full. It is up to the cardholder to use the full value of the card before the expiry date. Cash will not be given for any unused balance; unused balance on expiry of the Gift Card will not be refunded or credited. When the cost of the purchase exceeds the available card balance, the cardholder is required to make up the difference with another payment method.

Cardholders are liable for all transactions on the card except to extent to which there has been fraud or negligence. In some cases, We reserve the right to change any terms contained in these Terms of Use at any time.  Please contact us on 0411 822 265 or [email protected] if you have any reason to believe an error has occurred in relation to your card.

Please not that all Exsoylent Candle products are used at the buyers own risk. By following our safety instructions we are confident that you will get the most out of your candle and purchase at Exsoylent Candles. Exsoylent Candles does not accept responsibility for any damage caused as a result of misuse of the products that are purchased.

We however offer refunds on all products which is the extent of our liability.
